  1. map? no no no, that wouldnt be very smart at all. to create a map to the lost city, no no, not smart at all. theres a reason its gone now you know. Atlantis is gone, its time will never come again.

  2. In theory Atlantis was a huge, cultrual filled city with gleaming buildings and spotless streets.

    Well, it probably wasnt.

I believe what happened to Atlantis is basically what happened to my little podunk town in the 1900's. See, there was a pretty decent size town here in Rushford, NY maybe 300-400. But they got heavy rains that caused flooding [ we were in a valley ] and the town got so flooded that it was lost beneath the surface; so when the rains stopped, the townspeople had to make it into a lake because there was so much water. So we have a "lost town" under the surface of our lake.

I think this basically happened with Atlantis, but i think that the city may have been on low land, and while the ocean was getting bigger, and the continet plates were moving around it had just got pulled under the surface, being partially destroyed. And seeing that the ocean was just getting deeper, eventually abandoned. And the tale of how it happened and locals that had escaped the waters ( who had pride, blah blah blah) exaturated the story of Atlantis, and carried on throughout the years turned into quite story.

Thats just my opinion;; its probably a little garbled cause im tired. but hah.  Im not denying the exsistance of Atlantis, i just dont believe all the hype about it. And there being a map? I doubt that too; maybe a map from when people had once lived there probably. Not accurate though.

  3. If there was a map, I think they would have already found it. sorry.

  4. I just visited Nassau, Bahamas.  The Atlantis resort has a tour called 'The Dig' that displays evidence of Atlantis.  I'm not sure about a map, because I didn't go on this tour as I was too hot and tired.  Good luck finding your answer.

  5. No, but there are some possible locations, just nothing proven yet.

  6. Probably not. And even if there were I'm sure it would be very difficult to get a hold of.
