I used to be lazy couch potato before and then I tried working that involves a lot of walking approximately 28 hrs per week and 44 hrs on summer vacation but until now whenever I run I still don't see that I'm getting faster Oh by the way I rarely jog but I always walk Do you know if I am wrong that walking a lot will not make my run a little bit farther and faster( I also have small wide feet and I'm 5'6 male 130lbs)
