Okay, so, I was at my neighbors house (she is 7) and I found a toad. So I was like "Hey, Hannah, there's a toad." And she picked it up and is going to keep it as a pet! But, she's going to Washington D.C., then to the beach for a week or so, so I'm keeping it for her. We also found another toad. So there are 2 toads I have to take care of for a week.

Any advice on how to take care of them?

Me and her younger brother killed some flies, and gave them to the toads. We also gave them some parsley & basil.

Please, give as much advice as you can!!!

  1. I don't think it's a good idea to keep a wild toad. You might want to turn it back lose into the wild.

But if you decide not to do this, put the toads into a container with moist soil in it. Add stuff into the container such as a bowl of water. Keep feeding the toads what you have been feeding them, such as flies.
