I've made it a habit of doing 20 push-ups and 30 sit-ups once every morning and once every evening. how will these exercises help in toning what parts of my body?

BTW, I'd rather not go lift weights, though. I don't play football, but football people work out a lot, so maybe you guys can give me some info.

Thanks.

  1. i honestly dont think 20-push ups and 30 sit ups 2 times a day will do very much lol not dissing or anything but if you wanna gain muscle then then i guess it depends on serious you are about it my best advice is either invest in some 20 pound dumbells from walmart just go buy 2 of them and then go to the GMC store and buy some creatine it helps build muscle but it sounds to me your not very serious and you just wanna tone up for the ladies so my advice is your not gonna see much improvement unless you take it seriously

  2. If you keep it up and stay on a healthy diet and such, then yes you will see results eventually.

  3. 20 push ups and 30 sits up once a day is better then nothing, but its not going to do much if anything to bulk you up.

You will see some toning in your arms and stomach, but thats about it. You need to go to the gym and bench press..

  4. Thats not enough to make much progress.

That will barely make up for the can of soda you had with lunch or the pop tart you ate for breakfast because you were running too late to eat real food.

Unless you're going to be on an absolutely STRICT diet, I might think about getting involved in more strength training than that.

Load up on the protein too ( duh like i need to tell you that)

  5. you need to increase numbeers to get results! or better yet, just do steroids or human growth drugs!
