I've made it a habit of doing 20 push-ups and 30 sit-ups once every morning and once every evening

  1. Do pullups front hand and back hand grip.


  2. datz gud but u shud start doin a lil more

  3. add more into a lot more into it you gotta at least be able to do more then just that depending on how long youve been doing it i always add more onto my workout every week
