  1. What ever you want to motivate yourself into doing, try simply enjoying it, think of the benefits it will bring.

  2. It depends, what are your hobbies? How active are you (exercise  wise)?

Are you depressed about anything? Ex. I was very depressed a few months ago I had absolutely no motivation once so ever. I gained lots of weight and just felt helpless, I went to my doctor and i was prescribed an antidepressant, since taking that I have felt more active, I Workout again on a regular basis now days. This might sound silly, I feel more motivated when I have a nice sun tan, so possibly go outside and relax in the sunlight everyday.. Stop watching Tv, or playing those d**n X box's, meet new friends go out and just explore have fun.

hoped this helped tell me what you think?

  3. my heart goes out to you. You are right, I cannot imagine, even tho I have a bipolar sister-in-law. Please, please seek out counseling at college. Or if you have good health insurance go for counseling thru it. A family practice Dr can refer you to one. You are smart. You can make a difference in this world and fix some of these terrible problems, even if for a handful of people it would be great. I have clinical depression and I recognize it in you. You really need medication. There are so many great ones which will help you but you must take them properly and know that it takes 3 weeks or so to start to feel better on the meds. Praying for you even tho you don't seem to believe.

Keep going to college or you'll probably never make the money you talk about. My daughter chose accounting and got a great job as soon as she graduated.

  4. Are you just feeling fatigued or is it something deeper like depression?  Being fatigued can also be linked with depression.  You should go for a medical checkup, get regular exercise and eat healthy.  If you don't notice any changes then It's time to make an appointment with a psychiatrist to talk about possible medications that may help get you over the bump.  Good Luck!!!!

  5. what motivated you before?  I personally look in the mirror and picture myself smaller, leaner, heathier.....I hope you do this and it works....
