I'm learning Japanese, please review ?

Question

わたしのなまえかりです。　どぞうよろしく。　わたしわ十五さいです。　

Now, I know that's not saying a whole lot but this is my first week learning so, I was just wondering if that is all correct.

You should insert a は between the なまえ and かり. Apart from that it's perfect Japanese!

The other answers are good. I just wanted to add that in the phrase: （わたしは）十五さいです, you can drop the part in brackets. In Japanese if the subject is already known, you can simply omit it. Since people already know that you're talking about yourself, you can just say (oh, and let's change it to reflect your actual age) 十四さいです.

So the whole thing could be something like this:

わたしのなまえはかり(カリ）です。十四さいです。どうぞよろしく。

Saying watashi wa in front of every sentence sounds unnatural.

わたし「は」十四さいです。

「は」Is one of the Japanese particles and pronounce as 「わ」Instead of [はーHa」

In major cities in Japan, there are "Ro-maji" signs along with the Kanji ones.Eg. Tokyo, Oosaka, etc.  But, in rural places, it's mostly in Kanjis
