I will have a car to travel and a house to stay in also ethnic foods to try ?

  1. You definitely have to go for racletter and/or fodue for the Swiss experience!

    Take a sail around Lake Geneva.


  2. No such a thing as ethnic food in Geneva.

    This is an international city in the french speaking part of Switzerland, so you will find mostly french food and a lot of foreign restaurants as well.

    The specialties in Geneva  (and invented in this city) are:

    1)Fondue Bourguignone (beef dep in oil)

    2)Fondue Chinoise (beef deep in bouillon)

    Some restaurants have Filet of Perch. Very popular in restaurants by the lake, less in the city.

    a)Cheese fondue (don't eat this in the summer...too heavy)

    b)Raclette

    are Swiss specialties

    Bring as lot of money, food is quite expensive there.
