This is actually a type of scam that people try.  So, I doubt anyone will do that for you.

Try to transact directly. If you don't have a debit/credit, ask a friend to help you. He'd buy for you online and you pay him straight. It won't be easy to find a stranger who could trust you on this.

Hi shayan.I live in Iran , Tabriz city.No one will send you anything.There are hundreds of Iranian websites out there where you can order things.I always use them and they're all excellant and the prices are good.So, try one of our own websites.Why would you want to buy something from a website (Yahoo) who has crossed AIran's name out of its list?!!!!! In case you need any cool products from Iranian websites visit some of the Iranian shopping websites.Here's the link for one of them.Look! i have no idea, iv never been on yahoo shopping, you might wanna go onto the site and look in a help section and terms of service and stuff like that, they should have a linked word help somewhere on the site, look on the top right or down on the bottom of the page

Yahoo or any company will send it anywhere in the world.  Why do you need someone else to send it for you?

It all depends on what exactly you are looking for. Souveniers, chocolate, clothes....... Possibly.  Enriched urainium, lab equipment, firearms...... That may pose a problem.
