I'm living in the uk and want to become a Kindergarten teacher in the usa what qualifcations do I need?

I'm 17 and about to do my nvq 2 in early years then after that do my nvq3 in early years, then a foundation degree in early years then an honers degree in early years in the UK (should take about 6 years) I really want to move to the USA to florida when I'm finshed my studies would this be enough qualifications to become a kindergarten teacher in the USA? If not what else would I need to do?

  1. In the US, to teach Kindergarten at a public school, you need a Bachelors Degree and you need to be certified through the state. You need to look up Florida's requirements, because all states have their own requirements on certification. Early childhood education in America means pre-Kindergarten, and to teach K-12 grades here in the states, you need to be certified beyond early childhood education.
