I'm looking for a Bartending School in Dallas. Can anyone help me out?

I debated going to a bartending school.  some people told me it was a waste of money that i should be a server and work my way up.  i decided that i would go to school and see what it was like.  i checked out 3 schools and chose The Premium Institute of Bartending in Lewisville.  It wasn't the cheapest school or the closest but I liked what they had to say.  To be honest, I was blown away.  They did so much for me.  Not only did they teach me how to bartend, but they re did my resume, and showed me how to interview for jobs.  I got a job after 4 days in the program.  Now, I'm making @ 300 a night and I was able to afford to go back to college.  The main thing the school gave me was the confidence to go do the job.  I love bartending and a really reccomend checking them out.  Good luck
