Question:

I'm looking for a Brazilian recipe for Romeo and Juliet!

Just came back from Rio, after experiencing some of the most amazing food, and I'm looking to attempt to recreate it...as if I could even come close. One dish we had was "Romeo and Juliet", but it was baked like a casserole with the guava jam on the bottom. So far I can only find recipes for the appetizer that has cheese with guava marmalade simply placed on top. I have searched the internet with no luck. Help!
