  1. Pink Pearl Restaurant

  2. Having lived in Vancouver a number of years back, my suggestion would be to find your favorite place for Chinese food , and call to ask if they are open on Xmas day, I was a chef and like other places, most restaurants period will determine there opening to the number of people interested in coming in that day.

Most Asian restaurants depending on there location will have some policy about certain days, business in good for these places based on the non-Xmas observing population, so call to see if there are any places open, and my recommendation is to make a reservation, you will not be disappointed when you arrive and are made wait for a table, with Vancouver, the suburbs like Burnaby, I have a cousin there, West Vancouver, Langley or White Rock, are more likely to be open, hopefully the snow will not be a problem then.

  3. Try Kirin...they have several locations around Vancouver and the food is always good. It's also a little more special than your average Chinese restaurant. They also have great dim sum.
