  1. Come to anywhere in Upstate N.Y. for rural...but be ready for the taxes.


  2. Come to Northeastern Montana if you want to get rid of the crowds and have inexpensive living.  Oil jobs pay extremely well.  If you want business space on Main Street it is very inexpensive. Home and business combined for less than $100,000.
