I'm looking for a Singapore hotel below SGD200 near Vivo City - anyone who can recommend?

My drop off/on station in Singapore will be very near Vivo City - so staying nearby would help, but I'm on a budget. Help?

there is another budget hotel just across Harbourfront Towers (adjacent  to Vivo City and that is Fragrance Hotel Viva. It just involves 10 minutes walking distance from Harbourfront Station(subway station directly below Vivo City)
