I'm looking for a bride mate dress!!

One of my friends is getting married and I have about 2 months to find a bridesmaid dress, I never stood up in a wedding. But I know it can be expensive. I don't want to spend alot of money on a dress that I'm going to wear one time only.... I need some help, I don't know where to go!!!!

OK well, I think you should probably start by asking the bride what she wants you to wear because it's really up to her. She might have decided on the colour and style for you already. Just check before you spend any money.

You can never go wrong with David's Bridal. You can make your own custom dress in just about any color for about $80-120. The good thing about that is that you can choose separates or a dress that you know u will want to wear again. Look in bridal magazines or go to a bridal shop.  You should be able to find a dress that isn't really expensive.  As the bride if she has any ideas on what she would like you to wear.  Usually the bride has some say in the bridesmaid dresses.

David's Bridal or a department store.  2 months isn't that long and I don't know if you could special order one and get it in in time.

i always thought that if the bride wanted you to wear a dress, SHE should be paying for it.

You can also get some solid colored cute dress that you could wear more than once. Go where you normally shop or some department stores. Ask for some help from the other bridesmaids or the bride. But in the end, find something that you would want to wear again, if possible.
