I'm looking for a customized marriage certificate?

I once saw in a magazine about a guy who does calligraphy for custom marriage certificates. He can even replicate signatures in the same type of ink, etc. But I forgot the name of the website, does anyone know who/what this is? Sorry to be so vague, I just can't remember the details!

I don't think this replication of signatures is legal in Singapore. All marriage certifcates are handled by the Registry Of Marriage. It is illegal to do such things. Both parties(husband and wife) will have to sign the marriage certificate in front of a licensed solemniser and 2 witnesses(1 from each side) in persons.
