I'm looking for a daycare website?

Thinking of sending my child to a local daycare.. but before i even think about it i would like to look at their online website.

I dont seem to be getting anywere... how can i find local daycare websites with out knowing the actual web address!!

Some day cares dont have websites.  You can find out more information about them by going to your state website and looking for child care there.  Most states have information about each day care center.  Like my state they list every day care and information about them, including inspections and how they did on them.  

       If you are thinking about sending your kid to day care, before you decide.  Make sure its a high quality day care and check out this website.

    Im not saying all day cares are this way, but there are alot of them that arent any good.  I, myself, would never put my kids in day care and i have worked in daycares before.

  4. Never use a website as a means of checking into a daycare facillity.  It is their advertising, and may be a bit biased.  Call your local board of education.  They usually have a resource and referral program they can hook you up with.  That way you can also check to see if there have been any complaints on the facillity you're considering.  Also, call your local Licensing District (usually through the department of social services).  Best of luck to you!
