I'm looking for a dress similar to the redheaded wench on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride at Disneyland.

I would try a costume shop or halloween store.  I would decribe it as a "red satin pirate wench" dress.  Also try searching for "renaissance costumes"

And if you really want it bad, print the pics and take them to a dress maker.  They should be able to make it for you easily.

It's like a Saloon Girl style dress... I would try a Costume Shop.  If worse comes to worse, have it made!
