You will do better by checking "Earth Stoves" web sites. I got a pipe kit that goes inside the fire box so the flames heat the water in the pipe.

More efficient and not visible from outside the stove so you retain the ascetic values.

there's a flexible pipe used for gas stoves, or use copper tubing,

copper tubing would be the best, as it transfers heat good, and is bendable ,until it oxidizes,
