He has CP and is in a wheelchair with no trunk control. I am looking for a vest type seen on infants, strap between the legs and a head and neck floatation too. He is over 60 lbs and 4ft 2"

Hmm I have seen these types of suits at Wal-Mart but not for any thing over 45 lbs. Maybe you could contact a sports store or something similar to see if it is something they could order. Like ***** Sporting Goods or something.
