  1. There is one in Microsoft Word its called Childish or something obvious like that have  a look there first

  4. If you are using it for a preschool environment  and parents and children will view it, I would simply use comic sans MS, it resembles simple print. When using computer type for preschoolers to "read" it should resemble the print they will be taught in the future, without errors. Notice lower case "A". For cuteness alone, follow the ideas of other postings.
