Salt & Pepper Diner, Goose Island, Vines, and Thai Classic - all on Clark Street not far from Wrigley - are all very good.

There is a new restaurant located at Montrose and Ashland - about a 15 minute walk from Wrigley called Mixteco.  The name invokes a Taqueria, but the fare is far from mediocre.  It's BYOB (saving you cash) and the cuisine is traditional mexican with a flair.  Best moles (read "molays) in the city.

on clark right after eddy there is are a few restaraunts on the west side of the street right next to the wild hare there are 2 nice restaurants and  the setting is nice and relaxing. it turns into a little bar at about 1130.

Clark's diner off Belmont Ave is good for the greasy spoon 24 hour breakfast type... it's really good.
