I'm looking for a lighter with LED light which projects a picture of some sort.?

I was in the Philippines and my friend gave me a lighter with an LED light as well which projects a picture of a topless woman. I was wondering if I can buy something like that here in the US. not necessarily a woman but something as creative as that.
