I'm looking for a little aquarium thing they used to advertise constantly in the 90's?

remember those little kid craft things that had a little container (kind of like a mini aquarium) and then you filled them with that gel and made a little underwater scene with a mermaid or scuba diver (or whichever set you had), and then it hardened and you had your little scene forever? anybody remember what those were called?
