I'm looking for a particular 'book' on cast iron cooking. It was unique ?

It was in the form of a spiral notebook with tabs on the side and when you clicked on the recipe in the table of contents, it turned a page to the recipe. I had it for years and when my pc crashed I lost it. Has anyone seen something like it and where I can find it? I've looked at over 30 pages on a Google search and still haven't found it.
