I'm looking for a photo software that does a good job but isn't too expensive. Any recommendation?

  1. At this point I would say Adobe Photoshop Express is your best answer, since it is completely free unless you order an upgrade.

    Usually the upgrade is not needed, and without any doubt this is among the best software available when it comes to image editing and cropping as well as doing just routine work.

    You can easily rotate, bump, shade, and dissect images at will and at your command. Its grade A software that is instantly accessible. And you really do not ever need to buy this like was stated, unless you personally plan to be using it quite a lot to do a much larger gallery of images or projects.

    Additionally, it can also be customized.

  3. Paint.net, it is free software and has many features of Photoshop. it could do many thing photoshop does and easy to use also takes very small space on you're computer. here is the link.
