  1. If you are looking for a place to live in these places good luck. Hunter street is full of high rise buildings which are mostly offices although you would be able to find an apartment to purchase close by, however it will be expensive as it is the City. Thing is Bondi is also pricey too as it is very popular being right at Australia's most famous beach.

  2. Hey!

I agree with both previous answers.

It depends on what lifestyle you are after.

The CBD is literally that, offices offices and more offices. Although you are in the middle of the city so your close to most attractions, pubs, clubs etc.

Bondi has lots of cafes, beautiful beach, clubs ... etc ... I would consider Bondi to be a nicer way of life. Although it is very very very tourist driven.

As previously mentioned both areas are hughly expensive. If considering beach areas why not look at Dee Why, Manly, Palm Beach or Pittwater which is also beautiful.

If looking for more of a CBD type of location why not look at the North Sydney which is like a mini CBD in the leafy green North Shore surrounds.

    Good luck!

  3. The CBD is readily distinguishable from Bondi by the absence of beach.

If you work in the City you will have to commute from Bondi.

The CBD is quiet in the evenings and on weekends.  Bondi is not.
