I believe it's publisher is Tokyopop, and I think that this company has been pulling any illegal online scans of manga they published.

And even before they started doing that, I, at least, couldn't find scans of it online. I even asked this question I think. D:

Ah, but probably, you can buy a downloaded version off of Tokyopop.

... and probably someone else has found a way to get the scans..
