okay this was my exact problem a while ago, tracfone isnt cheap unless you buy a phone from them online and get the free double mins for life, then always loo0k for promo codes before buying mins, ive gotten 200+ mins on a 20 bill by mastering this, net ten uses cash not mins, net 10 does a 10 per min no matter what deal so that would be 200 give or take per 20 bill, problem is that phones are expensive, att is expensive, with the only plans being 1 dollar a day of usage or 25 cents a min, so depending on how u use it gets around 80-100 mins per 20$, hope this helps, btw if you cant tell i went for tracfone, im very happy with it, and after a while i got a picture phoine moto with 60 free mins for 50$ online including the all important double min for life.

i would say virgin mobile. but that's not on your list. anyway probably the best one is tracfone thats on your list.

I have Motorola Tracfone and just paid $19.99 for 60 minutes. You can pay $29.99 for 120 minutes. $39.99 for 200 minutes, and $99.99 for 400 minutes. Then they have a double minute card. I'm not sure how much that is.

Net 10 is the cheapest. 10 cents for calls, 5 cents for text.
