I'm looking for a program that I can use to draw by command lines?

In school we used a program to draw by command such as: pen up, pen down, rotate 40 degree, forward 10. You could create programs/macros such as: move forward 10, backward 10, rotate 60 degree. And then do stuff like run program 6 times, and it would draw a 6 pointed star. Anyone know what I'm talking about and/or know where I can find this or something similar?

I remember using something like that back in the day -- it was called Logo.  Not sure if thats what you're looking for?
