Hopefully there is a program out there similar to windows movie maker. The only problem with this is it can only play one audio file at once. I would like to merge several files such as drums, guitar and vocals. Thanks so much for helping if you answer!

  1. get VLC player.

  2. If you are looking at it like that it sounds like you need a sound editing program like Sony's Acid or Logic Pro (if you use a mac). These programs are streamlined to handle multiple formats at once and to run separate streams of music allowing mashing and twisting of the sound. If these seem somewhat pricey you can purchase cheaper one's or look for other more unorthodox methods of acquiring them.

Below are the sites for them.

  3. Audacity is a free audio recording and editing program that will allow you to run multiple tracks simultaneously. I believe the website is http://audacity.sourceforge.net

  4. Audacity for Windows. I'm pretty sure that will work.
