Does anyone know a real estate investor in Wayne County, MI who would be interested in a $5,000,000 home for sale at $2,750,000?

The only place like that is the one the Mayor lives in.  Are you selling the mansion because he is in jail?  Otherwise, I seriously doubt you will sell for that amount of money even if it is worth it.  Detroit and surrounding areas are so depressed, they cant even hardly buy food, let alone a 2 mil house.  And the ones with money are hanging on to it because it may be yrs before this economy changes.

If you do find one, let me know.  I have 4 duplexes we are trying to sell at $100,000.00 ea and cant find an investor for even these. and they are in great shape.
