Check out the French thriller THEM. It's nice to see a good scary movie that doesn't have a lot of blood and guts (like HOSTEL) in it. It's story is about a young couple in a huge house that has a home invasion one night by some strangers. The director said he asked people what they thought was scary and the majority of them said having your home invaded by strangers in the middle of the night, so that's why he went with that story.

It's worth a look.

You could try "The Night Flier", based on a book by Stephen King. If you're in to vampires( which this vampire was not like any other, in fact it was just too creepy ) than this is the movie you're looking for. I remember when I first saw it, and to be honest I'm not the type to scare easily, but in one part of the movie when you get a really good glimpse of the vampire, and when you're not expecting it, it can be a bit frightening. This movie is one of the scariest movies that I've watched. Oh, and by the way it's not like all of the other vampire movies, it has a better story line, as well as villian. You just have to watch it for yourself. You could also try "The Howling", but sure it's the first one. That movie is also creepy, especially when the people start turning into werewolves. Man, those things look creepy!

the hills have eyes (remake) is good. its EXTREMELY gory and disturbing though, but its a really good scary movie if you can stomach it

the sequel was horrible, NOTHING like the first remake.
