If you are looking for the kind with the bubble-wrap in between two shiny sides of the accordion-style sun shades, you can look in your local hardware store's insulation department. They sell it in rolls.

wal mart used to have this stuff in the automotive area. And a lumber yard Ace hardware will have it or be able to get it for you.

Try finding some aluminized-mylar gift-wrapping paper.  This is the same material that's used in those foil-mylar balloons, but I've seen it in sheets at dollar stores.  The aluminum is so thin that you can see through it, and it's a lot like those reflective sunglasses.
