I'm looking for a restaurant in Houston, Tx that has a 7 course pre-set menu.?

The restuarant has to be great, I would really like to have a wonderful experience.

I would look at Noe at the Omni Hotel.  They are known for their multiple course menus, which can also have the appropriate wine pairings (and what a great wine list at that).  It is definitely pricey, but well worth it; I think the 4-course menu is at $65/ person and I have even heard of a 9-course tasting!  Even with the large number of courses, the portions are very generous.  The service is amazing and the ambiance is ideal.  A great romantic setting, not something I would take a large crowd to.  Hope that helps!

the omni hotel has it all. very expensive tho. i spent over 300 bucks on dinner for 2. bring your checkbook. it was great tho
