I'm looking for a site or program I can use to create "sayings" like on myhotcomments.com?!??

I saw some saying and stuff i liked on photobucket but i really want to make my own sooo somebody help me if you can!!! thank you in advance!

You could try GIMP (since it's free). I have a design site and I use Corel Paint Shop Pro X2 (but I had to pay $60 for it). You could download the free trial of it.

Just do a Google search for GIMP, Photofiltre, and Paint Shop Pro X2 (you get 30 days free).

It might take a little while to get the hang of it, but you can do it! You might have to seach for some tutorials, which can be done on Google as well.
