I'm looking for a transatlantic ship that will take both passengers and their car.?

Does anyone know of any such shipping service? My father is looking to leave from the US or Canada and arrive anywhere in Europe. he just wants to bring his car too.

You might have to look at one of the container lines/freighter cruises.

Cunard used to offer this service on Queen Elizabeth 2 when she was operating in regularly scheduled Trans-Atlantic service between New York and Southampton or Le Harve.  However, now that Queen Mary 2 is making the Trans-Atlantic runs instead of QE2 it's not possible to ship your vehicle with them.

It is possible to ship your vehicle overseas for use during a vacation there are several companies that will do this for you, but it's very difficult to make the trip overseas WITH your vehicle.

I don't think they do that anymore because the emission standards are so different. Europe won't let US cars in cause are cars are such big gas guzzling polluters. They have higher standards over there.
