I'm looking for a way to learn how to play lacrosse?

Well, get a quality stick and head (doesn't need to be expensive), and find a wall (try to find one that is outside and is tall).  Bounce the ball against the wall and catch it constantly .  It may sound dumb, but it seriously will help (for guys and girls lacrosse).  As for learning the game, a rec or high school team will explain the rules and regulations of the game.  It is a great game, and I hope I could help!
