I buy all my tickets through priceline.com.  You can always bid your own price there, that's always how I find the best deals.  I don't know if they have flights to Vietnam though....

I shopped around at different sites this spring for tickets to Vn in June.  I finally went directly to the airlines site and bought them.  They are very expensive and the closer it gets to the time you leave the more expensive they are.  Buying early saves quite a lot.  We are flying Northwest this year, last year United.  Good Luck.

I know that if you are flying from Singapore, you can try Jet Star Asia, the budget airline. They just launched their flights to Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh city very recently. I'm sure you can get a ticket at less than 200 SGD (tax included) if you were to book now. You can go to www.jetstarasia.com.sg to have a check.
