  1. Sense you have those banging dual L7's the Kicker ZX 1500.1 mono amp. It will give you 1500@2 ohms.

  2. Forget all that. Go with Boston Acoustic. Fantastic amps, decent price, and their amps will go down to a 2 ohm load. Remember, when you drop to 2 ohms, your power will increase.. But make sure you have the speaker hooked up for the 2 ohm load. Check the BA website and you can get the specs there. Also a place called Woofers Etc.(also on the web) has good prices.

  3. wow i cannot believe all these post of people trying to give you advice and clearly they dont know a thing about car audio and what to do. they are giving you advice on amps that are stable at 2 ohm loads for a 2 ohm dual voice coil. you cannot have a final load of 2 ohms with one of those subs

people, even competitors, alot of times have a brand of subs and another brand for amps. thats completely normal.

the number of subs been used is very important.

if just one, get a class-D amp that does 1500 watts rms x 1 channel at 1 ohm load.

    this amp will work great

just dont go 3/4 high on any setting on the amp.

but if you are using more than one sub, then u need to say how many because that will completely change the final ohm load and if you do not know what you are doing when wiring all the coils, the final ohm load will be way too low or too high and will damage the subs and/or the amps.

for example, if you get (2) 2 ohm dual voice coils subs and wire them all +'s together and all -'s together, you will have a final ohm load of 0.5  and alot of amplifiers are not stable under that load. there for, will cause alot of problems and u wont be happy. some amps even burn if its going to give alot of power, thats why its very important.

  4. I would you something around 2800 watts anad bridge it so you will know that you have the power you need and wont be on the verge of blowing anything. Dosnt have to be Kicker, but it looks alot nicer when you stick to one brand. Also you might wanna consider a capacitor to help keep a good power supply to the amp, so that you arnt pulling power from other parts of your car. Good luck.

  5. yeah like the first guy said, try to keep your system the same brands, but i would go with a kicker 1500 watt amp,it'll push em.

  6. best bet would be to go with a kicker amp....try to keep the names the same...
