  1. Other than looking in the local newspapers......make some flyers with the tear-off strips you see around. Wanted: studio apt or 1 bedroom needed to rent. On the strips  put your phone number along with contact me@ and make 10 copies and post them at grocery stores, laundromats, restaurants.Ask permission to do so first.
