I recently misplaced my old digital camera...which probably turns out for the better because now I have an excuse to upgrade (the old one was about six years old).

Anyone know of a good camera out there for a reasonable price?

My minimums are:

Captures video and sound.

About 7 megapixels.

Around the $100 mark (preferably under).

  1. try overstock.com or eBay or even bargain news.com

  2. canon sd1100

    off ebay

  3. You best bet may be the Kodaks, they have many different models now a days and they are super easy to use.  They now come with many options, some have the flat rechargeable batteries so they are smaller. You have had a camera before so think about the options that you want and less about the cost.  A 6MP camera can take pictures that are just as nice as 7MP and you could actually save a lot of money. Keep and eye out for models that are being discontinued, they will be marked down.  Search online retailer for ideas on which ones are being lowered in price.

  4. I don't think you'll get a 7 megapixel camera for under $100, but, I have always used the Kodak EasyShare cameras. They take great pics and are easy to use. They also cost much less than comparable cameras of different brands

Go here.... http://digitalcameras.kodak.com/  and check them out!

  5. Usually Nikon has good deals. I got a Cool Pix camera for $119 and it wasn't on sale...
