I'm looking for dog racing bettors: any info on wofs speed method?

Yeah he called me once in 2005 told me it would cost $3000 dollars for the system or as he called it the method. I heard it was much cheaper now around $1500. I thought I spotted one of there handicappers at the track once with colored markers he looked at a race in less then two minute. the guy was winning because he pulled out a check written out to him from the track hope this helps.
