I'm looking for hd video camera- help?

Im looking for a good hd video camera, which has image stableisation and provides really nice pictures for the movies i make and can easily be hooked up to a computer for making stopmotion animation

There are others - but this should get you started. All are miniDV based and connect to your computer using Firewire/IEEE1394a/i.LINK, DV (all the same thing)... except the Panny which *can* connect that way, but it uses P2 memory cards so you want to transfer through the computer's PCMCIA port.
