During my research i found my great great grandfather name was Purvis or Pervis Scott.I couln't find out who his parents were but one of them have a mother name Sehester Scott and a father name Ottomus/Artemus? Scott. If anyone can help in any way please do.

I found the draft paper for Pervis, it says he was short in height, *stout* in build and had dark hair and dark eyes, he wasn't bald. He worked as a farmer prior to signingup for service and he was recorded as being single.
