  1. http://www.miscarriageassociation.org.uk... this is a great website for miscarriage support

I am so sorry for your loss,  I also had a miscarriage six months ago..and it was the most devestating thing in life. It hurts soo much.. My heart ached more than i can explain..

My advice is..go to church or your relgious gathering and say a prayer for your child..that way it will help you deal w/ this situation..

I know you cannot forget about your baby..make a little charm with his or her name on it..and keep it  w/ you to remember him or her.

  2. My daughter had a miscarriage and she was put in touch with www.sansvic.org.au. They were helpful but also if you just type miscarriage support group in your search engine, that will bring up more. There is also www. grieflink.asn.au/miscarriage. I am sorry for your loss. I lost three myself so I know how you feel. Best of luck.

  3. Instead of looking for support groups,You should be searching the reason why your pregnancy ended at twenty weeks.Since fetus was  this big, there must be an organic cause for it's loss.Cervical incompetency,Fetal abnormalities,Uterine abnormalities,fibroids,etc..After a careful check up and necessary treatment you can think of a new pregnancy.Instead of going out of your mind use your head and stop future miscarriages.

    What makes a mother

I THOUGHT OF YOU WHILE I CLOSED MY EYES

    AND PRAYED TO GOD TODAY.

I ASKED WHAT MAKES A MOTHER

AND I KNOW I HEARD HIM SAY.

    A MOTHER HAS A BABY

    THIS WE KNOW IS TRUE.

BUT GOD CAN YOU BE A MOTHER

WHEN YOUR BABY’S NOT WITH YOU?

    YES YOU CAN HE REPLIED

    WITH CONFIDENCE IN HIS VOICE,

    I GIVE MANY WOMAN BABY’S

WHEN THEY LEAVE IS NOT THEIR CHOICE.

SOME I SEND FOR A LIFETIME

    AND OTHER’S FOR A DAY.

AND SOME I SEND TO FEEL YOUR WOMB

BUT THERE’S NO NEED TO STAY.

I JUST DON’T UNDERSTAND THIS GOD

    I WANT MY BABY HERE!

HE TOOK A BREATH AND CLEARED HIS THROAT

AND THEN I SAW A TEAR.

I WISH I COULD SHOW YOU

WHAT YOUR CHILD IS DOING TODAY,

IF YOU COULD SEE YOUR CHILD SMILE

    WITH OTHER CHILDREN AND SAY

WE GO TO EARTH TO LEARN OUR LESSONS

OF LOVE AND LIFE AND FEAR.

MY MOMMY LOVED ME OH SO MUCH

I GOT TO COME STRAIGHT HERE.

I FEEL SO LUCKY TO HAVE A MOM

WHO HAD SO MUCH LOVE FOR ME

I LEARNED MY LESSON VERY QUICK

    MY MOMMY SET ME FREE.

I MISS MY MOMMY OH SO MUCH

BUT I VISIT HER EACH DAY.

    WHEN SHE GOES TO SLEEP

ON HER PILLOW’S WHERE I LAY.

I STROKE HER HAIR AND KISS HER CHEEK

    AND WHISPER IN HER EAR.

    MOMMY DON’T BE SAD

I’M YOUR BABY, I’M STILL HERE."

SO YOU SEE MY DEAR SWEET ONE

    YOUR CHILDREN ARE OK

YOUR BABIES ARE HERE IN MY HOME

AND THIS IS WHERE THEY’LL STAY

THEY’LL WAIT FOR YOU WITH ME

    UNTIL YOUR LESSON IS THROUGH.

AND ON THE DAY THAT YOU COME HOME

THEY’LL BE AT THE GATES FOR YOU.

SO NOW YOU SEE WHAT MAKES A MOTHER

IT’S THE FEELING IN YOUR HEART.

IT’S THE LOVE YOU HAD SO MUCH OF

    RIGHT FROM THE VERY START.

THOUGH SOME ON EARTH MAY NOT REALIZE YOU ARE A MOTHER,

    UNTIL THEIR TIME IS DONE.

THEY’LL BE UP HERE WITH ME ONE DAY

AND KNOW YOU’RE THE BEST ONE!

    Reprinted

  5. I'm so sorry for your loss. My sincerest condolences go out to you. I don't know of any support groups, but I have been reading a truly amazing blog called "Bring the Rain" that is so popular it receives comments from hundreds of women who have experienced loss. Their stories, and Audrey's story may be able to offer you hope.
