I'm looking for modern fantasy books like Unlundun.?

I read a book called Unlundun by China Miéville and thought this was great and very creative (Along with his other works). Does anyone know any other books like this. I'm also looking for creative fantasy like books about a dystopian future.

You might like urban fantasy - it's fantasy with a modern skew, usually set in our world or one like it.  Some authors to try are

-Neil Gaiman (try "Neverwhere," "American Gods," and "Anansi Boys")

-Charles DeLint (any of the Newford books)

-Holly Black ("Valiant")

-Robin McKinley (specifically "Sunshine")

-Terry Pratchett (the Discworld series - not so much modern/urban fantasy, but nonetheless very, very funny)

To answer your other point, I can't think of any fantasies about dystopian futures right now, but some good, pessimistic sci-fi novels are

-We, by Yevgeny Zamyatin

-Neuromancer, by William Gibson

-Ubik, by Philip K. d**k (also try "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep")

-The Postman, by David Brin
