if by ATT you mean AT&T, I cannot help you on the high speed internet, I've only used Roadrunner or Verizon DSL.

As for phone, i'd go for AT&T because as far as I know, VOIP goes over the internet, and therfore I'd imagine would be less secure, but i'm not sure.
