I've been drinking some of the same old cocktails for a while now, and I'm in need of some ideas of some new things to try. I'd really like to know some of your favorite recipes so that I can branch out so to speak and try my hand at some new drinks. I like most types of alcohol, but I'm not very fond of whiskey...although on occassion, I'll be in the mood. Any suggestions?

  1. I'm not a whisky fan either - but try cherry whisky and root beer! It's amazing! Actually the other day I tried it with Dr. Pepper, and it was just okay.

  2. JELLO SHOTTTSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

  3. Add ice to a shaker and dump a ton of cheap gin in. Add a tad of vermouth and some tonic water. Shake that mutha and strain into martini glasses or dixie cups, whatever floats yer boat :D

  4. PERFECT COCKTAIL FORMULA

Feeling experimental? Want to feel like a mix master general? Here is the perfect ratio for making any cocktail

    1 part hard alcohol

    1 part soft alcohol

    1 part non alcohol

Shake in cocktail shaker, or pour over ice.

    HARD ALCOHOLS (80 proof) -

    vodka -

    rum -

    tequilla

    -gin

    -bourbon -

    whiskey (etc)

    SOFT ALCOHOLS (40proof) -

    triple sec -

    grand marnier -

    sour pucker -

    amaretto -

    curacou -

    schnapps (etc)

    NON ALCOHOL -

    sodas -

    sweet and sour -

    fruit juices -

    water -

    colins mix (etc)

Making it for 1? Use 1 shot per part.

Making it for a group? Use 1 cup per part.

Making it for a party? Use 1 bottle per part.

Too strong? Top off each glass with soda water to lighten the buzz.

Mix up the percentages of each part
